Pitch Story ("the app") is a football player career simulation game. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.
1. Anonymous account identifier. When you first launch the app, Google Firebase Authentication creates an anonymous account ID. It is used only to read game content (event templates) from our server. It contains no name, email, or other personal details.
2. Game save data. Your in-game progress (career, settings) is stored on your device. If you sign in to Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android), a backup of your save is stored in your platform account's cloud save storage, operated by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies.
3. Advertising data. The app shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS / GAID on Android), IP address, and device information to serve and measure ads. On iOS, personalized ads are shown only if you allow tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt; otherwise ads are non-personalized. See Google's privacy policy and how Google uses ad data.
4. Crash data. The app uses Google Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports (stack traces, device model, OS version) so we can fix bugs. Crash reports contain no personal details.
We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, or precise location. The app has no user registration.
Data is processed by Google (Firebase Authentication/Firestore/Crashlytics, AdMob) and, for cloud saves, by Apple (Game Center) or Google (Play Games) as described above. We do not sell your data or share it with any other third party.
Game saves are stored on your device and deleted when you delete the app. Cloud save backups in Game Center / Play Games can be removed through your Apple or Google account settings. For any other data deletion request, contact us at the address below.
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
